Accelerated BSN track Admission Criteria
Criteria for admission to the Accelerated Baccalaureate program include the following:
- Completed application with application fee.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field other than nursing.
- Minimum undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 in upper division curriculum. Official transcripts from all previous academic institutions attended.
- Pre-professional prerequisite courses in statistics, anatomy, physiology and microbiology must be completed prior to summer enrollment with a minimum of a C grade. Only one of these courses can be in progress during the spring. These prerequisite courses must be completed within the past seven years.
- Two letters of reference, including one from an academic source.
- Statement of Goals
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae
- GRE scores within a minimum of 500 each in verbal & quantitative; the analytic section is required.
